The website is structured beautifully, for instance giving access to [every presidential address made at the assembly](https://gadebate.un.org/en/sessions-archive/73). # Rouhani [This speech](https://youtu.be/iZQ2sG78wiQ?t=14339) was the start of my looking into Rouhani. He asks the UN to sanction the US for not following the treaty. [Here is a transcript](https://gadebate.un.org/sites/default/files/gastatements/73/ir_en.pdf). I state here, in clear, unambiguous terms, that the United States policy vis-à-vis the Islamic Republic of Iran has been wrong from the beginning, and its approach of resisting the wishes of the Iranian people as manifested in numerous elections is doomed to failure. Iran, with its historical and civilizational longevity, rich cultural heritage, and foremost geopolitical position, is an undeniable reality. The policy of engagement and cooperation with Iran has produced positive outcomes for other nations, as best reflected in Iran’s cooperation with friendly countries in the fight against terrorism. + [244k civilians](https://watson.brown.edu/costsofwar/costs/human/civilians) have died as a result of U.S. military operation in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan alone. That's about eighty 9/11's.
