Suggestion for the EDA sensor:
- bitalino (manual), using open signals interface (manual, quickstart). This requires a few components:
  - cable, EDA sensor (data sheet)
  - reusable electrodes (€12.50 / 25pc)
  - the whole deal, with everything you need €149.00 handles four sensors!
  - I guess there's also more advanced stuff €1,000+
